Welcome to this course about Jung's analytical psychology and shadow work through active imagination. In this course, I will introduce the main ideas and concepts brought to us by the work of Carl Gustav Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist from the early 20th century and disciple of Sigmund Freud.

We will explore what Jung’s ideas can bring to our personal lives and look at some practical ways to work with them, in order to discover hidden aspects of our personalities, tap into resources we weren't aware of, and develop greater self-awareness, wholeness, and compassion towards ourselves and others.
